Its wearer is Yukine Chris.
During World War II, it was brought to Japan from Germany for the sake of researching an "absolute power" to reverse the course of the war.
However, 10 years ago...
The private agency centered around the research of relics, the "Kazanari Organization," was reformed into the 2nd Division of the Special Disaster Response Force.
It was at this point Ichaival went missing.
(At that time, the leader of Division 2 and Tsubasa's grandfather, Kazanari Fudou, took responsibility and resigned,
and a young Genjuurou, then a public security officer, was appointed as the second generation commander.)
The circumstances leading to it coming into Chris's possession are currently unknown.

The gear was made from a fragment of a bow which in Norse mythology was wielded by the hunting god Ullr.
