Gets the full wiki-standard name of a season from a number.

Takes an optional language parameter; default value is "local" but also accepts "jp" or "en". {{Season|language=local|season=2}} gives Senki Zesshou Symphogear G, while setting {{Season|language=jp|season=2}} gives 戦姫絶唱シンフォギアG. "en" currently just redirects to "local", and is there for convenience.
